Is hacking courses are marks based?

No, 10th and 12th class marks are not important in hacking career not only 10th and 12th even graduation/post graduation marks also not important in hacking career.

Even without a degree you can excel in cyber security career but you have passion and determination to break into the system with your skilled mind (for this you have years of skills and patience unlike in movies you don’t become a hacker in overnight or short time.)

If you have a sound knowledge on any one of the below

1. Network Security
2. web applications Security
3. Exploit writing
4. Reverse engineering
5. Wireless Security
6. IOT Security then no need of even degrees.

For private companies : Your sound knowledge on concepts is matter irrespective of certificates and marks you obtained on graduation/post graduation. I know some members (from hacking groups ) excel in their hacking career without degrees.

For government companies : There is a systematic approach so here certificates and marks ( above 60%) matters.

If you are passionate and enthusiastic about security try to learn above any one of concepts deeply then jobs will come after you.
